API 7K Compliant Carburization: Every 2631 button is deep-case hardened to 58-62 HRC. This allows the teeth to bite through heavy protective coatings and mill scale commonly found on large-diameter conductor and intermediate casing.
Dimensional Precision: Machined to a 1/2″ thickness with high-tolerance diameter control, ensuring a snug “seat” in the slip segments to prevent button-chatter or displacement under heavy torque.
