4″ Twin Urethane Desilter Hydrocyclone Assembly
Pan Oil Tools manufactures and supplies 4″ twin urethane desilter hydrocyclone assemblies for oilfield drilling fluid solids-control and mud-cleaning applications.
This hydrocyclone assembly is designed for use in Mongoose PT mud cleaner and D-Silter configurations and is supplied as a compatible replacement for reference M-I SWACO P/N 9622220, identified as a Clone Twin 4″ Urethane Complete with 1/2″ Apex.
The assembly consists of two 4″ hydrocyclones in a twin configuration and is used in the desilter stage of a drilling fluid solids-control system for removing fine solids from drilling mud.
The urethane/polyurethane construction is suitable for demanding drilling fluid applications where the hydrocyclone is exposed to abrasive solids.
Mongoose PT Replacement Hydrocyclone
Pan Oil Tools supplies this 4″ twin urethane desilter hydrocyclone as a compatible replacement for worn or damaged hydrocyclone assemblies used on applicable Mongoose PT mud-cleaning equipment.
Reference Part Number: 9622220
The referenced configuration includes a 1/2″ apex. Related replacement components can also be supplied according to the required configuration.
A matching 90° polyurethane elbow with 2″ grooved end, reference P/N 9622582, is also available for applicable Mongoose PT desilter configurations.
